A construction and consultation firm based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. Founded in 2020 by Sant R Sinha and co-founded by Abhishek Sinha, we specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for industrial, commercial, and domestic projects. Our services include construction, consultation, and customized research and development.

With an ISO 9001:2015 certification and presence in Bhilai and Raipur, our focus is on EHV lines, substations, and power plant projects, while prioritizing regulatory compliance and customized solutions for our clients. We also offer services for renewable energy projects, like solar power plants, and cover all stages of project development.

Shri Santa R. Sinha

Managing Director & Director Technical

Shri Santa R. Sinha has served in Coal India Ltd., where he retired as Deputy General Manager. He believes that teamwork leads to efficient activity execution. He is an electrical engineering professional with over 35 years of experience in various areas related to Electrical Power, including heavy electrical equipment and power transmission and distribution systems in the mining, power generation, and renewable energy sectors. He also has expertise in transformer design, substation maintenance, and generator and motor repair. He is a Master in Technical aspects of 220/132/33/11KV substation equipment and their testing. He is in charge of project planning and execution.

Shri Abhishek Sinha

Executive Director (Execution & Business Development)

An engineering graduate with outstanding techno-commercial skills and a deep understanding of business, Shri Abhishek Sinha is an engineer turned businessman who spends considerable time with the ground team to ensure exemplary project management, delivery, engineering, and design. His commercial skills shine in project cost evaluation. His authentic approach and high levels of customer focus are greatly appreciated by clients. As an Independent Director of the company, he stays updated on new innovations and business developments around the globe.

Shri P. K. Singh

Senior Advisor (Substation Commissioning & Testing)

Shri P. K. Singh has over 40 years of experience in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). He is an expert in the technical aspects of 220/132 kV substation equipment and their testing.

Shri Vikas Peter

Senior Manager (Transmission)

An engineering graduate with extensive experience in power distribution and transmission, Shri Vikas Peter has been involved in various end-to-end project activities with both private and government entities. He oversees detailed engineering, design, and other activities related to Extra High Voltage (EHV) substations and switchyards.

Shri S. K. Singh

Chief Consultant (Solar Business & Skill Development)

Shri S. K. Singh has diverse experience in the solar PV field, including involvement in the "Indian Rooftop PV Installer Skilling and Employment (iRISE)" program organized by the Skill Council of Green Jobs (SCGJ) and Renewable Academy (RENAC) AG, Berlin, Germany. He is a trainer for the “Suryamitra” skill development program organized by the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE), Government of India. He has also secured various projects funded by the Chhattisgarh Council of Science & Technology (CGCOST) and the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, as Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator.

Shri S. Samanta

Senior Consultant (Projects)

A retired executive from Coal India Ltd, Shri S. Samanta has vast experience in power distribution and transmission. He is involved in various projects and operational activities with Central Government Departments. He oversees detailed engineering and design related to EHV substations and is currently working on obtaining various approvals for solar plants, such as CREDA, CE(I), Sec. 68, Sec. 164 from the State Government, EHV connectivity approval, and Long-Term Open Access (LTOA). He also has experience in PTCC approvals, forest clearance, and railway crossing works required for transmission line projects.

Senior Engineer (Techno Commercial Projects)

A mechanical engineer with about 8 years of experience, Shri M. Jaiswal specializes in BOQ and estimation, material procurement, billing, maintaining progress reports, commercial project planning, and preparing proposals for registration/NOC from CREDA, as well as proposals for grid connectivity approval and land acquisition for CEIG and regulatory affairs.
